Cerita Office

Ada 5 orang semuanya yang report kat Boss nie. Myself, EM, Ias and 2 orang lagi nie. Me, EM and Ias memang di bawa masuk oleh Boss. Ias from another foreign company and we have been introduced before. Ias nie memang active in the market so ramai lah yang kenal dia. I used to go out for lunch with EM tapi sejak she started to head a Sales team dah jarang sangat. So Ias jadi my lunch partner since dia masuk last 3 months. 

EM nie yang saya found out dia nie yang tikam belakang. Masa ada issue kat office yang involved Sales team and Ops team, memang kami kena marah teruk dengan Boss. Yang teruk kena marah saya. Walhal report that was sent out to Sales team tu dia orang tak buat apa apa and tak escalate pun. Boss kan nak cari pasal dengan saya so saya lah kira tak responsible. Saya dah malaih nak layan Boss sebab cakap apa pun tak guna so saya iya kan saja.

Masa nie lah yang nampak true colours of EM nie. Though dia memang ada juga bincang and nak tolong. Saya pulak memang ada baik dengan anak buah dia. Anak buah dia suka mengadu benda kat saya. Anak buah dia dok bagi print screen whatsapp chat pasal kes dia and EM, tapi macam mana entah ada satu message tu saya terbaca which was meant for the issue that we were all handling. 

EM wrote to anak buah dia - Please drive to get ops responsible for the issue to be closed asap

Gila lah saya baca tu. Nampak sangat dia nak push the issue to me! From there on, saya dah tak involved kan EM dalam issue tu. TAPI saya percaya kuasa Allah, Alhamdulillah saya and team managed to settle the issue! Memang tak masuk akal juga sebab macam mana entah kami ada saja solutions! Alhamdulillah!

Tu baru mukadimah actually hahaha. I know EM nie hadap sangat ke bonus yang for the first time dia akan dapat. Kalau kat tempat lama may be boleh dapat 2 to 3 months, tapi kat sini dalam 6 to 7 months tu ...That's why dia sanggup nak back stab saya bagai. Semata mata kerana duit. Ya lah masa tu dah nak year end. Dia nak make sure everything ok for her.

Yang saya nak cerita nie, kes baru baru nie. EM ada sorang anak buah JO yang memang Boss suka sangat kat dia. Pi mana mana bawa dia. Anyway, Boss recently dah by pass EM nie. Ada benda lah yang kadang EM tak tau. And of course she is not happy with this. So dia baru nak start cerita to me and Ias. 

JO and another buah dia juga nie apparently dok cerita buruk pasal EM internally and externally. EM found about that. So dia sedih. She confronted me.

I said to her, why would you want to bother of what people say about you? It is not important as long you focus and do your work well. I have 70 plus people under me and I do not expect them to like me. I know some don't but I can't be bothered really! 

Apparently EM tak boleh terima semua tu! Ermmm for me that will be difficult then! Gila apa kan. Nak hidup macam macam kalau pikiaq what people think of you.

And about by passing pun actually my Boss buat the same to me. He would go direct to my Managers. I am just fortunate that my Managers are supportive of me and they would update me on things they do for my Boss. And they are Chinese and they have the potential to go against me and be at Boss side since Boss is Chinese. But they don't! Unlike what had happened to JO whereby he would not update EM on things. 

So now EM is not that happy with the situation in the office. We had a meeting among each other. EM, Ias and me. We agreed to update each other on the things that happen in each unit. We should work hand in hand knowing how difficult Boss can be. 

Anyway in conclusion, kalau dah buat tak elok kat orang tu, pasti ada balasannya. Cuma cepat or lambat. Of course EM tak tau I knew the message she sent to her anak buah! I am acting cool. For me I have to make use of this situation to my advantage since Boss tak suka saya dah kan! 

So itu lah saja cerita nya. Ada few others yang terjadi tapi dah tak larat nak type. I still owe and entry pasal my choice in finding someone to be my partner. 

Cerita pasal shopping semalam tu juga kan, seriously saya tak pernah nak tengok receipt barang yang saya beli. Normally saya beli barang kat Jaya Grocer sebab dekat dengan rumah. And semalam bila pi Tesco memang agak pelik why mahal sangat nie! I was expecting less lah kannn .... hahaha sampai hari nie simpan receipt Tesco tu! LOL 

I have a project that I have to be involved this year. I have to lead I mean. And Boss Boss baru tu akan monitor so saya kena tekun kerja kat office!
