Corrective Action Plan

Kalau kat office kan for any issues, we have this corrective action plan form yang kena fill up by staff yang buat error tu. So kena cerita briefly apa yang jadi and then corrective action plan and preventive too so the same will not happen again in the future. And the form will be reviewed by Manager and myself and followed by my Boss.

Baru baru nie ada kejadian dengan Mad. So we discussed about CAP. Issue nya ialah emosi saya terganggu. Corrective action plan Mad (without him noticing it was the plans) he sent me messages in the morning and followed by phone call. Hah bagus juga Mad nie tackle issue nie. Cepat bertindak. 

We then concluded permanent fix for this issue, in which he has to get a new phone for his wife. 

I had never apply this CAP in my relationship but from now on I will. If it works in an operational world it will also work in my personal issues. 

One good thing is that Mad is a type of person that can be confronted and discussed on things or issues. If I am the only person that initiate this, it will fail. Both has to agree on the permanent solutions. 

Today will be his first experience ... I can't wait to see how he does it! Will he be good at it? Ermmm *winks*

This Is The Time!

Dah lama sangat I have not been updating on here. Dah lah I don't have any other social media so some of you dah tak boleh tengok what's been going with me and Id. But wait, I do have an Instagram account just for my personal use with family as followers. I think I have 11 followers. That's enough and please do not ask for permission to add me. Nothing much is there I only update on IGS and it's all about Id. Siapa lagi kan? The program I attended ended in Nov last year. It's more like preparation for going back to work. 23 of us, that were out of work for more than a year. A lady was out of work for more than 15 years. They could be because taking care of kids or laid off or just like me contract ended and was not renewed. For 9 weeks I was travelling Kedah - KL every week.
