On Friday evening he called me in. Again he's not happy with my performance. That, I am not doing what I am supposed to do. He kept saying the same old things. I know he is still not happy that I went to see HR about him together with SH last year. He's keeping that in him and using that mostly to attack me back.

I put the picture up on FB with the intention he would see it. Not sure if he ever see it because he was treating me nice yesterday. He talked nicely to me. It is so unpredictable what his plans are! He once told my EM that he will be hiring someone for my replacement. When EM asked him what will happen to me, he kept quiet. 

There are few other things that he is doing which I am not surprised. For me he is not an honest person, he make use of people to his own advantage, he is selfish, he doesn't know how to manage his team and he is definitely not a leader. 

Today he is treating me nice too because of the new organization structure. We met up with HR and we need to be talking to impacted staff individually. Pretty delicate matter, the reason he's treating me nice because he knows too well I can manage my staff well. 

Having my first day of period. Not feeling well. Asyik nak amuk saja! 😞

This Is The Time!

Dah lama sangat I have not been updating on here. Dah lah I don't have any other social media so some of you dah tak boleh tengok what's been going with me and Id. But wait, I do have an Instagram account just for my personal use with family as followers. I think I have 11 followers. That's enough and please do not ask for permission to add me. Nothing much is there I only update on IGS and it's all about Id. Siapa lagi kan? The program I attended ended in Nov last year. It's more like preparation for going back to work. 23 of us, that were out of work for more than a year. A lady was out of work for more than 15 years. They could be because taking care of kids or laid off or just like me contract ended and was not renewed. For 9 weeks I was travelling Kedah - KL every week.
