You Know You've Done A Good Job

 

When you told your one of the Managers that you are looking outside for better opportunity and she responded as above! 

And she is well known for tough person to work for/with. 

The part "I like to work with you" made my day today! 

Anyway mari lah bercerita bab interview pagi tadi and more about Ias. Since saya nie baru bangkit tidoq and tak ada benda nak buat. Make up tutorial dah buat hari tu LOL

This guy is a soft spoken type and senyum selalu. Dia dok tanya saya apa yang saya paham pasai kerja and then dia bagi broader picture of the job scope and expectations. Saya tak sure dia suka ka dak saya nie. Ya lah kan, dia dok senyum saja. 

HR habaq akan inform pasai decision depa next week. Ya Allah saya berdoa lah saya dapat yang nie sekiranya ini terbaik untuk saya. Esok ada interview satu lagi tapi macam tak berapa nak as yang nie. Tapi apa pun Allah maha mengetahui kan. Kadang apa yang kita nak tu lah tak dapat. Mungkin Dia bagi tapi sat saja - seumpama perkhawinan saya.

Ias nie. Semalam dia tak mai office. Saya had a chance to talk to EM and kawan office sorang lagi (Wni). Cross reference cerita apa yang saya tau. Saya dapat tau few more things 

• Memang dia pun suka habaq kat EM yang dia dok pi jumpa all these big bosses in the office ... and dok pi makan lah apa lah. And ada juga dok habaq dia dapat nasi goreng lah from one of them. Me and EM - Why are you telling all these to us??? Nak bukti kan apa kan? I seriously don't give a shit lah who you are close to, especially those big bosses ka apa ka. 

• EM told me the reason she is being dislike in the market (at least our Malaysia market) is due to her mulut and suka laga kan orang. Ias pernah kutuk her own ex Boss masa dia dok tumpang rumah ex Boss dia tu. My Manager pernah warned me to be careful with Ias sebab ramai orang tak suka dia and the one person that can get along well with her now is me. Now I baru perasan lah kan .... after few months

• Wni is one of the good colleagues of mine. I share lots of things with her tapi we hardly be seen in public as rapat sebab we chat on IM saja kat office. Once a while saja pi lunch tu pun setaun sekali. Wni dok sebelah Ias kat office. She is pretty close to Wni juga lah sebab nya dok cerita macam macam to me about Wni. I am not sure if Ias knows how close I am with Wni 

• Ada cerita from Wni that I know off memang cerita kelentong - That I always call her after work (Yes I do but not always and she calls me too and missed calls me - she didn't tell Wni about this) that her CV was actually done by her colleague from India (she told me her CV is done by professional cv writer - the reason I did the same) that I sent her pictures when I was in Cherating because I missed her (what the ???) that she is the one that pushed me to get work outside (what the fish kan? I have never been pushed by her. The only reason I want to leave is because of my Boss that's it)

In a nutshell, she is insane. Wayar putuih nie rasa nya minah nie. No wonder lah orang tak mau kawan dengan dia. Entah entah kawan yang dia dok cerita kat saya tu semua kawan tipu? 

Gila apa kah kan nie? Ada juga manusia macam nie kan. Scary part juga sebab saya banyak cerita benda kat dia nie. Sat lagi dia dok pi pusing cerita. Kakak pesan from now cerita - to know basis. Apa yang dia patut tau saja. If only I can ignore her totally!

Panjang juga cerita hari nie nah. Esok kalau dan nak cerita bab 1 juta ringgit
