Conversation With Boss

Saya dah free sangat sangat nie kan. Semalam dah start cuti but still tak buat apa dok nga nga. Now I have time, I nak update apa yang jadi. 

KW is a new manager, replacement for my Manager. He is however hired same level as me. So bila I told Boss about my resignation he then told my Managers, that KW will be replacing me except for BL who will direct report to him. 

We set a date nak buat handover. That was on Friday June 16th. Dah habis session, saya memang planned nak bercakap dengan Boss. Rupanya dia pun nak bercakap juga. So he asked KW to leave his office. Once KW left saja, saya teruih teriak ! Saya kata kat dia, I didn't want to leave but I had to. Things are getting worst. I am sorry I had to reach out to HR too because we could not talk any longer. Dia kata dia paham. So we had a good heart to heart talk. He said sorry juga. Malam tu dia hantaq message kata dia glad that we had that kind of conversation. Saya pun cakap ya sebab saya dah nak balik raya so memang hati rasa tenang sangat sangat.

Masa dalam dok sembang tu lah dia habaq depa nak arrange for "Garden Leave" kat saya. Gila best kot lah kan! Tapi saya kata farewell saya macam mana? So dia kata kena buat early. Staff semau dok ingat saya punya last day in August - because that's what I told them. 

After that chat we had a departmental meeting. Dalam meeting tu Boss announced yang dia nak kena travel so kena buat farewell saya early - July 6th or 7th. They then decided on 6th after they got the confirmation from Boss.

Seriously rasa lega that we are back to ourselves dah tak ada apa apa nak gaduh or what not. Alhamdulillah peraturan Allah buat untuk saya. Dugaan saya dengan Boss dah habis and it ended up so well too. 

Oh dalam dok sembang dengan Boss, I made it clear to him that saya jumpa HR for the purpose of tranferring out (before confirm dapat kerja lain) and nothing else. And dia paham sangat and dia kata if the other person (Ias) wants to "kill" him, be it! 

Ok itu saja cerita dengan Boss. Next cerita pasai balik Kedah and pi Sadao and Hatyai and then cerita Farewell saya pulak ya!

This Is The Time!

Dah lama sangat I have not been updating on here. Dah lah I don't have any other social media so some of you dah tak boleh tengok what's been going with me and Id. But wait, I do have an Instagram account just for my personal use with family as followers. I think I have 11 followers. That's enough and please do not ask for permission to add me. Nothing much is there I only update on IGS and it's all about Id. Siapa lagi kan? The program I attended ended in Nov last year. It's more like preparation for going back to work. 23 of us, that were out of work for more than a year. A lady was out of work for more than 15 years. They could be because taking care of kids or laid off or just like me contract ended and was not renewed. For 9 weeks I was travelling Kedah - KL every week.
