Tukang Jahit

The only reason we wanted to set up this business was because my friend confirmed that he could get us few clients for mass order. We bought the machines from Indonesia and we brought along 3 workers. One named Sod who is the Master. 



We found a good place where we can set up the workshop. The place comes with 2 bathroom and a room. Workers can sleep there too as it comes with kitchen.

So when I told my friend that we are ready to operate though a bit late - almost towards end of December last year, she said - she doesn’t have any more clients to give us! What a shock! We were worried! So quickly made decision to take individual orders. And so that’s how it began. Sod is a great tailor. Almost all of my clients love his workmanship!

But after sending him and his son back to his kampung, he didn’t want to come back! Again we went panic! Sheeshh!!! 

Luckily my husband is a tailor himself. He started to take over Sod’s role! And we hope we will get a couple more staff to complete raya’s order! Insha Allah!

We also had mass order from a school asking us to make kain telekung for the kids! Apparently sales are good! Nice !!!!

This Is The Time!

Dah lama sangat I have not been updating on here. Dah lah I don't have any other social media so some of you dah tak boleh tengok what's been going with me and Id. But wait, I do have an Instagram account just for my personal use with family as followers. I think I have 11 followers. That's enough and please do not ask for permission to add me. Nothing much is there I only update on IGS and it's all about Id. Siapa lagi kan? The program I attended ended in Nov last year. It's more like preparation for going back to work. 23 of us, that were out of work for more than a year. A lady was out of work for more than 15 years. They could be because taking care of kids or laid off or just like me contract ended and was not renewed. For 9 weeks I was travelling Kedah - KL every week.
